Cliff at Norcal Performance has released a new weapon for us...
For those of you with 4g64 or 4g63 powered 8g's that want the fun of driving their car stick, or NEED the new tranny to put the power to the ground, read on...
Cliff is in the process of releasing an Automatic to Manual Full Tranny conversion kit, containing everything you would need to swap your car over to a fully hydraulic manual tranny.
I know alot of you have been waiting for this and they have done it to their 4g64 powered Stratus...

Here is what Cliff had to say about the Tranny Kit:
"As some of you might now. We have done a 5-speed swap on our 2.4L Stratus coupe. Although many of the Eclipse/Stratus coupes comes with the option of a 5-speed already there wont be much demand for such a kit with them. What I am curious about is if there is demand for a kit like this here. I can also do one for the 3.0L. I can even offer upgraded clutchs and motor mounts. Another thing we can also do is a performance automatic tranny. We have out stock auto from the 2.4L that we will be taking to a few shops to see what they can do to it along with a few tourque convertor companies to see if they can make a performance convertor. This way there will be more options for the Eclipse/Stratus coupe/Galants.
So if you would be interested in this kind of a kit for say on the high end of $3000 with high performance clutch or Tourque convertor, please post here.
