The end of a legend
Hey everybody. Tim here. Well, a very bad thing has happened to me. This past saturday, may 3, I was out and about on the highways lookin for fun. I had a few races with people. 2 GTI , both 1.8 turbos. Whipped them both with no problem. Eventually I saw a 350Z. Whupped up on him with no problem. I have no idea of how fast i was going but I do know I pegged my RPM gauge at 6000 RPM in 5th, yes 5th, gear. You can figure it out if you wish. Anyway, as I was racing him I heard a very big !ping!. I was like what the hell was that , But then thought nothing of it. A short time later the car jerked suddenly and completely shut off. I pulled over to the shoulder ,d the hood and inside was a cherry red exhaust manifold and turbo. That was not the problem but I thought it was pretty cool. Eventually I got someone to pick me up. The next day, Today, I towed my car home and started investigating. I tried to start the car but no crank. Seemed like the starter was trying though. I went underneath and to my surprise the was a golfball size rock in the lower wall of my oilpan. It seems that the loud ping i heard was the rock punching a hole in my oilpan which then drained out all the oil causing my now SIEZED engine. Which means funs over. I am now car less. MUD GAURDS AND UNDERCOVERS are there for a reason it seems. So presently I have a 2400lbs paperweight in my garage and am now looking for a new car.
